By accessing or using CourseYogi (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, regardless of whether you enrol in any course or create an account.

CourseYogi is an independent directory and ranking service for yoga teacher training programs, continuing-education courses, and related subscriptions. We do not operate any of the schools or programs listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a school. Enrolment takes place directly on the school's own website.

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and subsequently enrol in a program, CourseYogi may receive a commission from the school at no additional cost to you. Affiliate arrangements do not change a program's rubric score. Rankings are computed using the same published methodology regardless of any commercial relationship. Sponsored listings are clearly labelled "Sponsored".

We make reasonable efforts to keep course listings, accreditation status, pricing, and scores up to date. However, course details can change and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Always verify critical details (including price, schedule, accreditation, and availability) directly with the school before enrolling.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial research. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written permission;
• reproduce, republish, or redistribute our scoring data, rankings, or editorial content for commercial purposes;
• use automated tools to submit false or misleading school or course data;
• attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms.

All editorial content, scoring methodology descriptions, rubric documentation, design assets, and software on the Site are owned by CourseYogi or its licensors and are protected by copyright. School names, logos, and course descriptions remain the property of the respective schools.

If you submit a review, rating, or other content to the Site, you grant CourseYogi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and moderate that content. You represent that your submission is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain spam, harassment, or unlawful material. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourseYogi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CourseYogi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information on it, including but not limited to losses arising from enrolment decisions made on the basis of our rankings or reviews.

The Site links to school websites and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. The inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement beyond the assessment expressed in our listing.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
